No win, no fee injury claims allow people who have been the victim of an accident to gain compensation without the initial expense of hiring a solicitor. Legal work is usually not cheap, and therefore pursuing a claim for an accident could be expensive, without the guarantee of a successful result. No win no fee claims allow solicitors to work on your case using After the Event insurance, which means the solicitors costs are covered in the event of a failed injury case. If the claim is successful, the solicitor will recover their expenses as part of the claimants award, up to an agreed percentage.
