I can’t rate this company highly enough. I was very sceptical at first as I had not had any dealings with this sort of thing but believe you me, they were very good to me right from the start. There is no pushing you to do anything you don’t want to do, they are always simply sympathetic with your plight. I didn’t think I’d stood a chance but they came through for me for which I am very grateful. Believe you me they are first class.

I was undecided whether I wanted to make a claim because of the hassle involved, which I could well do without, mainly because of the ongoing problems after my injury.
